Rudy was the number ONE AWS all-systems in 2006, retiring after his Best of Breed win in 2007. He has produced some wonderful dogs for us and will continue to be available at stud. He is a great retriever and one of the sweetest males we've owned or bred.
Finishing in 5 days with 5 majors is almost unheard of in AWS, and we eagerly look forward to specialing Leinie in the future. Leinie hunts just like his mother Sassy in the field. He is a joy to live with and to show, and has been proven at stud. He gave us one of our nicest litters out of Gidget in 2007. We look forward to a fun future with Leinie.
Sassy never got her championship, but she proved herself in the field and the whelping box. Sassy has several champion get, out of every litter she whelped, including Leinie and Joey.
Joey is a sweety, and she finished easily with her "other mom" Carolyn Kraskey (Kraskey's Grand) at the lead. She is pointed in Canada and the United Kennel Club. She will be bred to Doc later this year. Joey is OFA Excellent.
Gidget is Rudy's littermate. Together they swept through their championships. Gidget has produced two very nice litters for us, and will be bred a final time in the spring on 2008. She is a very sweet girl, with a great body and amazing coat. She reminds us of her "once in a lifetime" mother every day, CH. Silver Falls Dark Raven.
Bridger is co-owned with Don Hancock. Bridger finished very easily and was campaigned in 2006 and 2007 to top rankings. He won several very competitive group placements. Bridger will be specialed again in 2008, and hopefully soon we will find him a wife!
Lizzy is Joey's daughter out of Doc. Her name, as strange as it may look, comes from Sacajawea's only daughter's name. We are very excited about this girl. She has a truely marvelous temperament. We just adore her. She is a joy to live with and has many fabulous traits we hope she carries on.
